Drop-in VEXR Kits

Thanks for your interest in an Atlowshop Vesc powered conversion kit!  

Each one is built to order with a carbon fiber nylon flowglider based controller housing, milled aluminum finned lid and lid-mounted lilfoccer. A cooling footpad spacer helps keep air flowing over the controller fins to keep temps down. Front and rear wled RGB lights with signature “Party Mode” that can sync up between other Atlowbuilds. The kit comes pre-tuned to your rails and motor setup. Each one is ride-tested to ensure a quality product! All builds are ready to drop into your Plus/XR platform with a fully assembled controller, harness, and rear box assembly. Includes charger, cooling footpad spacer, user manual, and if getting an 18s then a Torque box and Torque bumper are included. (Different colors available for footpad spacer and torque bumpers.)

If maximum torque and range is top priority for you and you don’t mind a heavier board, then the 19s is your best pick. If top speed and a lighter board are important to you then a 20s is the move. If you want a little of both the 18s fits the bill. For the battery cells, the 50s has good torque, good cycle life, and best range. p42a has good torque, very good cycle life, and good range. The p45b has best torque, very good cycle life, and very good range. If you feel overwhelmed with options just remember it’s hard to nitpick any of these because the performance of all the configs is so incredible you rarely if ever hit the board’s limit. It’s like comparing a Ferrari vs a Lamborghini vs a McLaren, you would be super thrilled with any! Feel free to message me for more clarifications on your ride style for the best pack for you.

There will be support from me regarding tuning and advice, and we even offer remote tuning if needed! The included user manual, pev.dev, and the VESC discord are great places to get started learning about all the options available to you on the VESCtool app. If you choose to run a soft footpad front or rear you will need a Metal Protector Plate. The kit been waterproofed to the best of my ability, but my advice is to avoid water as there will be NO warranty for water damage. I will warranty manufacturing defects but not failures that result from normal use, wear and tear, or abuse.

Battery Configuration

A high "S" count means more cells in series and therefor higher voltage which gives you higher top speed. "P" count is cells in parallel which gives you more torque and range.

A lightweight and very fast pack. Can use standard bang bumpers. ~15-20 street miles. Uses a Lilfoccer V3 or V3.1 controller.

A lightweight and super fast pack. 20% more range and speed than the standard Speedpack. ~20-25 street miles. Uses a Tronic 250R controller, Super Speed Box, and Bombproof Lid.

A good all around pack for good torque, range, and speed. Uses our Bigg Battery Box with Bombproof lid and Torque Bumpers. Uses Lilfoccer v3 or v3.1

A step up from the 18s in speed and range. Uses our Bigg Battery Box with Bombproof lid and Torque Bumpers. Uses Lilfoccer v3 or v3.1

Controller Options

Flowglider based controller box with Hypercore or Superflux motor connector.

Use your stock Hypercore motor or a Superflux rewired with the Hypercore plugs

Cooling Footpad Spacer *

3d printed PETG spacer that goes under your footpad to allow air to pass over the controller fins to help keep it cool. Select your color!

Footpad Backing Plate

A stiff backing plate for running under soft footpads like Kush, Platy, or 3d printed.

Tire Manufacturer

ATLOWSHOP Release and Waiver of Liability Form Custom Built Personal Electric Vehicles (PEVs)

  • Assumption of Risk
I am aware and understand that the operation of Personal Electric Vehicles (PEVs) is a potentially dangerous activity that involves the risk of injury, disability, death, or property damage. I acknowledge that these risks may result from or be compounded by the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Release, its employees, or aftermarket parts manufacturers. I understand that while the Release has implemented measures to reduce the risk of injury from the activity, the Release cannot guarantee that I will not be injured due to my operation of the PEV.  NOTWITHSTANDING THESE RISKS, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY PURCHASING THE PEV WITH THE INTENT OF PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY WITH KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE DANGERS INVOLVED.   

  • Agreement to Hold Harmless
I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims now known or hereafter known against the Release, its employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Releases”), on account of injury, illness, disability, death, or property damage arising out of or attributed to my operation of this Personal Electric Vehicle (PEV).

Both parties represent that they understand their right to review all aspects of this Release with the attorneys of their choice, that they have had the opportunity to consult with attorneys of their choice, that they have carefully read and fully understand all provisions of this Release, and that they are freely, knowingly, and voluntarily entering into this Release.
