GT VESC Kit – Stage 1

Ready to upgrade your GT in power but not ready to drop the coin for a Full Atlow Stage 3 VEXR build? Then this is the drop in VESC based system for you! This kit replaces the stock GT controller, bms, and lights inside your stock housings and reuses your stock battery. This kit unlocks more low end torque, and midrange cruising power from your GT! Cruise with more confidence than ever due to the increased torque at speed.

The BMS is a dumb bms meaning you will not be able to see that status of your battery in the VESC app. Because VESC based controller use more battery amps to create more motor torque than a stock GT, this kit will be hard on your battery so your battery should be in good health before installing this kit. You will get less range with this kit as well since it can pull more power from the battery. The ultimate top speed will also remain the same as an GT since the system voltage remains the same.

ATLOWSHOP Release and Waiver of Liability Form Custom Built Personal Electric Vehicles (PEVs)

  • Assumption of Risk
I am aware and understand that the operation of Personal Electric Vehicles (PEVs) is a potentially dangerous activity that involves the risk of injury, disability, death, or property damage. I acknowledge that these risks may result from or be compounded by the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Release, its employees, or aftermarket parts manufacturers. I understand that while the Release has implemented measures to reduce the risk of injury from the activity, the Release cannot guarantee that I will not be injured due to my operation of the PEV.  NOTWITHSTANDING THESE RISKS, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY PURCHASING THE PEV WITH THE INTENT OF PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY WITH KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE DANGERS INVOLVED.   

  • Agreement to Hold Harmless
I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims now known or hereafter known against the Release, its employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Releases”), on account of injury, illness, disability, death, or property damage arising out of or attributed to my operation of this Personal Electric Vehicle (PEV).   

  • Release
Both parties represent that they understand their right to review all aspects of this Release with the attorneys of their choice, that they have had the opportunity to consult with attorneys of their choice, that they have carefully read and fully understand all provisions of this Release, and that they are freely, knowingly, and voluntarily entering into this Release.
