GTV Thicc Battery Lid

GTV Battery lid for our Atlowshop spin on the VOW rear battery box. This lid is very thick and does not need a rear footpad backing plate when using a soft footpad. Works with stock rear footpad as well. Has a post for mounting our charge protection diode when using a dumb bms. Comes with foam gasket for lip and interior pocket. Easily contains and protects a 20s2p battery made from any 21700 cell. 50s/p42a/p45b.

***This will not fit on a stock GT battery box, VOW rear box, or work with the VOW footpads.***

ATLOWSHOP Release and Waiver of Liability Form Custom Built Personal Electric Vehicles (PEVs)

  • Assumption of Risk
I am aware and understand that the operation of Personal Electric Vehicles (PEVs) is a potentially dangerous activity that involves the risk of injury, disability, death, or property damage. I acknowledge that these risks may result from or be compounded by the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Release, its employees, or aftermarket parts manufacturers. I understand that while the Release has implemented measures to reduce the risk of injury from the activity, the Release cannot guarantee that I will not be injured due to my operation of the PEV.  NOTWITHSTANDING THESE RISKS, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY PURCHASING THE PEV WITH THE INTENT OF PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY WITH KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE DANGERS INVOLVED.   

  • Agreement to Hold Harmless
I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims now known or hereafter known against the Release, its employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Releases”), on account of injury, illness, disability, death, or property damage arising out of or attributed to my operation of this Personal Electric Vehicle (PEV).   

  • Release
Both parties represent that they understand their right to review all aspects of this Release with the attorneys of their choice, that they have had the opportunity to consult with attorneys of their choice, that they have carefully read and fully understand all provisions of this Release, and that they are freely, knowingly, and voluntarily entering into this Release.
